Summer Camp 2022: A Summer of Curiosity and Connection

Some summers are remembered in big milestones. Others come back in smaller moments: the pride of making something with your own hands, a new idea shared with a friend, the energy of a group activity, or time spent around a table.

At Wilner Maxy Community Center’s Children & Youth Summer Camp in 2022, those moments came together. The camp photos show young people exploring robotics, creating art, taking part in group activities, and sharing meals. Each one offers a glimpse of a summer shaped by learning, creativity, and being together.

A camp is more than a list of activities. It’s a chance for young people to try something new, discover what interests them, and build memories alongside their peers. Looking back at these photographs, we celebrate the children at the heart of the summer and everyone who helped make those shared days possible.
